• Data Reception: The visa team would receive application data, requiring manual opening and verification of emails.

• System Uploads: The team manually uploaded documents into the system, constantly monitoring status updates and re-uploading documents in case of any discrepancies.
• Customer Communication: Once a visa was approved, the team downloaded it and updated the customer, while also monitoring customer travel dates.

• Automated Data Handling: A seamless integration takes data from Mail/APIs, validates, resizes, and uploads it into the system without manual intervention.
